Chemical Analysis

CTT can undertake spectrographic and ‘wet’ analysis of a wide range of alloy types within the UK Group. Each site has the facility to offer spectrographic analysis of steels, aluminium alloys, copper alloys and certain nickel alloys to its local clients.

A comprehensive ‘wet’ analysis facility is available at our Willenhall laboratory covering metallic alloys in the form of turnings, drillings etc, and a very comprehensive range of techniques applicable to process solutions (plating, passivation, acid values, etch solutions, anodising, cleaning etc.) Methods can be adapted to a customer’s requirement.
