Level 3 Services

CTT provides outside agency Level III services and consultancy to a variety of industries. The service is adapted to suit each and every customer but can include:-

  • Training and examinations to meet with national and international standards SNT TC 1A, NAS410 and EN4179 or customer standards
  • Providing technical consultancy and advice on any aspects of inspection operations
  • Develop written practice for the training and certification of inspectors
  • Prepare/update any procedures to meet current regulatory and international standards
  • Prepare and approve all NDT procedures and techniques
  • In line with Generic Requirement 23 this service is offered to organisation without their own qualified Level 3. Again this service is flexible in its approach
  • Perform regular NDT audit/reviews of your facilities to monitor the NDT activities
  • Suggest any quality improvements or cost saving ideas
  • The approach is kept very ‘hands on’ to actually help at the shop floor level
  • To become a natural extension to the company
  • Continuing operator reviews and recurrent training
  • Consult on any NDT problems
