Overview
Strategically positioned in the historic town of Reigate, Surrey and a short distance away from the M25 and M23 corridors is the South East branch of Caparo Testing Technologies (CTT). CTT (Reigate) is a large, purpose built Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Facility which offers an extensive range of NDT inspection methods such as X and Gamma Radiography, Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Bond Testing, Eddy Current and Thermography inspection to an expansive and diverse Client base.
The well equipped Facility holds industry recognised Accreditations including Nadcap and BS EN ISO 9001 as well as numerous prestigious Approvals such as CAA, EASA Part 145, FAA, Rolls Royce, Bombardier Aerospace, Eaton Aerospace, Airbus, GKN Aerospace, BAe Systems and Agusta Westland to name but a few. The Testhouse personnel are multi-disciplined, highly qualified and hugely experienced in providing the very highest level of technical advice and support to the extensive Client base which CTT Reigate is proud to serve.Whilst many of our Clients are drawn from the aircraft sector and its associated suppliers and manufacturers, the Facility also provides inspection services to industries such as Oil and Gas, Marine, Automotive and Motorsport and it has developed an enviable reputation for delivering rapid turn-round times whilst continuing to maintain a high quality and cost-effective service regardless of whether that service is carried out within the Testhouse environment or indeed at any other worldwide location required by the Client.
Under our own 'Outside Agency' approval we are also able to offer specialized training and consultancy for the inspection of composite structures and materials.
